How often, when firms attend to quote for building work, do you hear the phrase "too easy" and you actually wonder if it really is? In the case of Backyard Bliss, this was truly the case. Chris worked through our needs at the initial meeting, provided a prompt quotation and followed up on this a week later. Not only are we delighted with the resulting deck and pergola, but the project was done on time, to a high standard and without fuss. The staff were wonderful to liaise with and were helpful with planning and building permits. On completion, the area was cleared away and you would not have known workmen had been on site. We are looking forward to a summer sitting on our new deck and would highly recommend Backyard Bliss for decking and pergola projects.
